HCL Infosystems Ltd. India’s premier services and ICT systems integration, distribution and hardware company today launched its new ad campaign that effectively positions Change through HCL ME Tablet range. Keeping in tune with the Brand’s philosophy of ‘CHANGE’, HCL ME Tablets aim to act as a catalyst to change the lives of the Indian consumer – at an individual level and a social level. The theme of the campaign captures interesting and important moments in peoples’ lives of a Carpet-seller, a DJ, a Job seeker and a brother-sister celebrating Rakhi.

 

The ad-campaign consisting of 4 TVC’s create a strong emotional connect with the consumer representing the Change that one aspires for. The campaign broadly entails the following concepts:

 

The Carpet Seller

In this commercial HCL ME Tablet is shown playing a pivotal role in changing the way business is done by a carpet seller in Kashmir. Initially the carpet seller was solely dependent on traffic entering his shop. But now, ME Tablet enables him to take his shop to the world and thus expand his business horizon.

 

Rakhi

HCL ME Tablet brings the family together on a special day. For the loved ones, distances will cease to matter.

 

Jobs

The biggest challenge faced by masses is the rigour of finding a job. With the help of HCL ME Tablets, India will have better access to jobs online, anytime, anywhere.

 

DJ

The world of music changes overnight, what plays at London or New York today, would earlier take months to reach the tier-2 cities of India. However, now, HCL ME Tablets enable India to listen and share latest music when the world does.

The HCL ME Tablet TVC campaign aired live during the IPL would be a 360 Degree media campaign involving platforms such as TV, radio, Print and Digital platforms. Two more themes on the TVC will be released during the Apr-May period.
