HCL Infosystems, India’s premier information enabling company, announced the expansion plans of its latest initiative to create high skilled IT professionals across the country. The company has ventured into the field of IT career development with an objective to meet the increasing demand for skilled resources from various organizations. Under the initiative, HCL will be initially setting up over 50 IT Software, Hardware, and Networking training centers, called HCL Career Development Centre (CDC), by the end of this year. HCL CDCs will provide specially designed courses in high-end Software, Hardware & Networking integration to groom students into industry-ready professionals.

 

The company already has fully operational CDCs in different cities namely Delhi, Noida, Pune, Coimbatore, Meerut and Agra while new centres are coming up at various other cities across the country. The company has plans to set up similar centres overseas as well.

“HCL is offering a three-months full-time and one-year part-time course titled HCL Certified Network Engineer (HCNE)” he added. The course involves 7 modules, 21 projects and 70 quizzes as part of the academic curriculum. HCL CDCs also provide for placement support to all their students who excel in their academics and display a remarkable performance during the course. The company also has plans for introducing short-term modular courses to enhance skills of working professionals, who aspire for faster growth in their respective careers. Most importantly the company offers the students various flexible payment options, to enable affordability across all sections of the society.
