HCL Care launches exclusive Experience Service Centres for Xiaomi Phones

New Delhi, March 16, 2016

The HCL Care division (HCL Care Services) of HCL Services Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of HCL Infosystems Ltd. (India's premier IT Services and Distribution Company), today announced the launch of exclusive Experience Service Centres (ESCs) for Xiaomi phones.

These ESCs will exclusively support the service needs of Xiaomi customers. These service centres will provide one-stop solution for services, accessories and insurance requirements for Xiaomi customers. These centers are cost effective, simple and have a scalable service support model suited to meet the requirements of Xiaomi’s end customer. It will act as an extended arm of Xiaomi support to 28 cities, including all Tier-I cities of North & East India and major Tier-II cities across India.

HCL Care Services has already commissioned 37 ESCs out of the scheduled 40 within 5 months and has deployed almost a workforce of 250 at these Xiaomi ESCs. Within the next two years, these centres are expected to be able to handle a load of above 43,000 calls. As an endeavor to partner with Xiaomi at a pan-India basis, HCL Care Services is also looking at Western and Southern part of India for building similar ESCs for Xiaomi customers.
